*All items are non-refundable and non-changeable after 24 hours of purchase. Please kindly send us an email if you need a change of variant or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
*Please note that TrendingStuff is not held responsible for any loss of parcels. We will request the receipt which we sent to you on the day of purchase for verification purposes. Refunds will be made within 1-2 business days once we verified the tracking details and your receipt. It will take about 10 business days for the refunds to be added into your account again (Depends on your bank)
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). You have to incur shipping costs to return the order back to our warehouse. You must ensure that there's tracking number for the package to avoid any package loss.
Full refunds are given as long as we receive and inspect the package. Please note that our return policy does not include ear cuffs, earrings, bodysuits, pantyhose, apparel. Which are final sale due to hygienic reasons.
**Forced returns will be enforced on customers who raise a dispute on Paypal before the estimated arrival is completed despite having the tracking numbers. If the dispute is not dropped within the next 72 hours after tracking information was provided to the customer, we will immediately request a return of product in its original packaging to our warehouse once the customer has received the product. Refund will be processed by Paypal once we confirm the parcel was returned to us with no damage. Tracking numbers have to be sent to our support email at firstname.lastname@example.org.**

Easy Return and Exchange Process:
1. Email customer care at email@example.com.
2. Ship your return in the original packaging. Send us the tracking number once you receive it.
3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.
